But if you only need to replace at least one missing tooth, you need partial dentures. Dentures come with acrylic or metal clasps that attach to your natural teeth. Not wearing them every day may result in the dentures not fitting after a while. Such change in fit is common in partial dentures since your natural teeth tend to shift over time.
